November 9, 2006
Supply Dynamics Acquired by $2.2 B O'Neal Steel
Effective Monday, November 20, 2006, Supply Dynamics LLC became an independently operated, wholly owned subsidiary of O’Neal Steel, the largest family owned metal service center in the United States. This acquisition will expand the range of potential material distribution sources available to Supply Dynamics customers for a wide range of industrial and aerospace materials, including bar, sheet, plate, tubes, pipes and fasteners. Moreover, this combination gives Supply Dynamics added financial strength and institutional affiliations to sustain its growth while preserving the independence and creativity that have been hallmarks of its success.
Supply Dynamics will continue to operate from its headquarters in the Miamiville, Ohio, albeit with greater resources and access to an impressive (affiliated) network of potential world class material distributors.
Mr. Trevor Stansbury will continue to lead Supply Dynamics with Craft O’Neal serving as Chairman.
