Our lead facilitator for all Supply Dynamics training programs is the General Manager of Supply Dynamics and an authority in the field of international procurement, counter trade and offset, and risk/revenue sharing programs. He has helped some of the biggest names in the business “go global,” satisfy multi-million dollar offset obligations, and identify and acquire low cost international fabricators. His clients have included GE Aircraft Engines, Cessna, Textron, Honeywell, Smiths Aerospace and dozens of others. Our lead facilitator has lived on 4 continents, and has over 13 years of experience procuring aerospace materials and setting up joint ventures in more than half a dozen different countries. He has also a frequent lecturer on Business, Countertrade and Operations at such institutions as THUNDERBIRD, the Garvin School of International Management and at Arizona State University
For Module I:
Our facilitator for this module has worked in various supply chain operations, and executive leadership positions. Most recently, he served as the Managing Director of Global Materials at a $2B Silicon Valley Manufacturer, Lam Research. Today our facilitator leads a consulting practice specializing in integrated cost reduction. Prior to his work at Lam, he was the Sr. Director of Strategic Supply Chain Management at Cessna Aircraft where he led the creation of the Strategic Sourcing process, which won Cessna the Purchasing Magazine Medal of Excellence award in 2003.
For Modules D & J:
Our facilitator for this module has over 20 years of experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management across a number of industries. He spent 10 years at GE Aircraft Engines in the Domestic and International Sourcing organizations. His background also includes 7 years in the Accenture Strategic Services/Supply Chain Management Practice where he was director and senior manager. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati (B.S. Economics) and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (MBA, Multinational Management and Operations Management).
For Module H:
Our facilitator for this module has been helping businesses analyze and integrate immerging technology for the past 15 years. In 1994, he led a team at NASDAQ that designed and built one of the nations first corporate intranets, that was featured on Netscape's site. In 1996, he was part of the development team for the NASDAQ 1.0 Web Site, and was Webmaster of that site. In 1997, he helped found and lead the Internet team at E.W. Scripps Company and in 1999 joined Whittman-Hart consulting were he led a web development business unit of 25 consultants and managers. As a consultant, he helped plan and implement projects for multi-billion dollar companies such Proctor and Gamble, Kroger, and Thomson. Additionally, our facilitator has researched and attended conferences on the feasibility of utilizing RFID in the aerospace supply industry. As the CIO of Supply Dynamics, he continues to utilize cutting edge tools and technologies in the aerospace industry. |
